Produced by the distillation of Merlot grape pomace in Vale dos Vinhedos, this grappa has different aromas resembling the bark of fermented grape with the complexity of transparent liquors.
A crystalline grappa with lots of tears, forming beautiful patterns.
A clean, straightforward aroma with an impact caused by its 40% alcohol by volume.
A dry and soft liquor with a good alcoholic balance and a pronounced fruity aftertaste.
Best served at 14 to 16 ºC.
This grappa can also be served cold as an aperitif or digestif. It goes well with an olive as in a dry martini, an espresso and/or a cigar.
