The Ouro Verde Farm, with 700 hectares of area, is located
in the municipality of Casa Nova, State of Bahia.
It was acquired through a partnership with the
company Lovara, being one of the first vitivinigrowing
projects in the São Francisco Valley, as
idealized by Mr. Mamoru Yamamoto. It is located
in the planet's inter-tropical zone, in a geographic
macro-region of the Brazilian Northeast, State
of Bahia, an intermediary stretch of the São
Francisco River known as São Francisco
sub-medium.
The São Francisco sub-medium valley is
one of the new vitivinicultural regions of Brazil
which produces fine wines. It is located in altitudes
of approximately 350 meters, in areas with the
typical landscape of the Northeast wild, the caatinga,
and the vine grows on flat areas. |
