Located in the municipality of Candiota, Vila do Seival, Campanha
region, the plans of the Miolo do Seival project
are to implement 400 ha up to 2012. This has already
started in 2001, with the plantation of the first
50 ha. These vineyards will be formed by French
and Portuguese varieties.
The vineyards are located at 31o South Latitude.
They are not irrigated and the vines grow according
to the falling rain.
