Quality and tradition
Miolo Millésime Brut is a unique sparkling wine not only because it is produced with grape varieties from exceptional vintages only. In addition to the careful, manual selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, the use of the Traditional Method is fundamental. This sparkling wine undergoes a fermentation process inside the bottle, aging for 18 months in temperature-controlled underground cellars. The result is a product with an elegant, complex and unique taste.
